Principles and characteristics of the method for ensuring the reliability of single-purpose machines
Incoming article date: 05.05.2017The aim of the method described in the article is to present a methodical approach to solving (in our opinion for the first time) the problems of ensuring the reliability of single-production machines. A number of principles are formulated, some of which are used from the method for serial machines, and some are new. Instead of the general set of infinite volume, a set of finite volume is used. Uniformity of the aggregate and samples from it is ensured by the equality (with an error of 5-10%) of the main parameters - the minimum resources of the details of one machine, but the details of different for the purpose. The notion of a self-stand is introduced in operational accelerated tests to confirm the estimated parts resources. The article under review contains new results, is written on an actual topic, the presented results can be implemented at machine-building plants with significant economic effect. The article deserves publication in the scientific peer-reviewed journal "The Engineer's Digest of the Don".
