GIS support of the program on energy efficiency in municipal housing stock on the example of the city of Rostov-on-Don
Incoming article date: 09.06.2013The article is devoted to solving the problem of energy saving in housing stock and communal services of the municipality by creating a model of housing stock with the help of modern geographic information systems.
Spatial model of energy efficiency, presented in this paper, built in the software environment of ArcGIS. This model allows to monitor and comprehensive evaluation of energy consumption in the building stock of Rostov-on-Don, as well as to solve the problems associated with increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings.Keywords: energy conservation, improvement of the energy efficiency, the reconstruction of urban development, urban development, housing stock
