In today's construction business is very often the case related to the delay of construction. The transition to a market economy obliges to revise the old methods of organizational and technological design. Analysis of domestic, foreign literature has shown that we have a lot of experience in organizing and planning the work, but the timing of the development of project documentation is currently not regulated anywhere. But the construction period also depend on the speed of preparation of project documentation. This article deals with a new approach for planning the construction work based on existing methods of organizational and technological design. We analyzed the situation in the market of construction of residential real estate. The article describes the methods of work with network models with closed loops. Taking into account established principles, provisions and requirements of the paper proposes a graphical conceptual model for finding cycles in a closed loop. The formulas of finding cycles using matrix multiplication
