Incoming article date: 24.11.2015The problem of optimal allocation of resources - one of the basic optimization problems to be solved in the design of complex systems, determining their structure and methods of operation, so this work is considered one of difference methods for solving inverse problems of non-uniform distribution of resources. The inverse problem of non-uniform distribution of resources formulated as follows. It is necessary to choose the amount of funds the option to specify distribution of units served by the product and to offer such means of their actions to a given level of performance means performing the task was achieved with the minimum of expense. The most common methods for solving inverse problems, various modifications of the method of random search, dynamic programming method. However, the use of these methods in some cases, particularly for large-scale problems, is not effective. Optimal elements, which turned into a row or column assigned to an optimal element from further consideration at this stage of the distribution, the process eliminated to provide an optimal plan of resource allocation in construction.
