Simulation of the design activity diversification of innovative enterprise
Incoming article date: 16.06.2019In modern construction production, the volume of management, technical, economic and legal information has increased significantly. This increase relates to the design of buildings and structures, to the documentation of construction processes, as well as to the obtaining of permits and the assessment of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations. The reason for this growth is the widespread use of digital technologies by design, construction, regulatory and Supervisory organizations. The purpose of the work is to systematize and synchronize the documentary support with the stages of the life cycle of capital construction projects from the initiation of the capital investment project to the commissioning of the capital construction project. As a result of the formalization of the system-forming principles of documentary support for each stage of the life cycle of the capital construction project, the problems of documenting the construction industry are formulated: first, the need to automate the filling of standard forms of primary accounting and reporting, second, the improvement of information transfer and storage technologies, third, ensuring reliable protection of information that describes the processes of construction of buildings and structures. These problems should be solved in accordance with the national legislation of urban planning, approved standards of technical regulation and the current regulations for the technical safety of buildings and structures.
