Abstract
Application of BIM and visual programming in the organization of post-conflict reconstruction projects
Incoming article date: 27.06.2023The uniqueness of restoration projects requires a transition from traditional to modern approaches. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is considered one of the most reliable approaches in construction, but after a review of domestic and foreign studies, it turned out that there are no studies on the use of BIM in organizing the restoration process of war-torn territories. The article discusses the application of BIM and visual programming (Dynamo) at all stages of restoration projects. In addition, the article presents a way to automatically create calendar plans using the program (MS project) and a way to automatically create 4D, 5D models using the program (Navisworks). The article also explains how recovery models can be used in the execution tracking process.
