In article the new model of interaction of functional systems of various hierarchical levels is offered: from unicell level, to level over social objects. Feature of model is introduction in its structure: perception filters, the accounting of a strong-willed component, convenience of its application not only in the field of physiology, but also in sociology, psychology, value logy and other sciences describing behavior of reasonable objects. The analysis of signals carrying out exchange of information between functional systems of different level of hierarchy is carried out. The offered model allows explaining and predicting many psycho physiological patterns accompanying conditions of expanded consciousness, and arising at activation of reserve possibilities of the person.

The superposition conception of endogenous factors influence on the hem lymphatic occupancy in the organism vascular system is presented. The main influence factors creating the wave modulation on the pulse blood and lymph flows in the vessels and liquid’s moving in the around tissues are considered in the physical model. On the basis of the model is justified hemodynamic functional test with dosed compression effects on local areas of the body, in which the reaction is analyzed for changes in the spectrum of signals related to the changes exhibited by volume-dynamic changes in the vessels. Shows the functional scheme of the formation of the wave changes hem lymphatic, allowing planning of the study.

The most effective solutions for recovery of impulse signals in dispersing cable lines can be perfomed on the base of heterojunction SiGe BiCMOS technology and are based on combining in one IC high-frequensy analog blocks on heterojunction bipolar transistors and control unit and adaptive correction of parameters on the base of CMOS transistors. Equalizer chip with adaptive correction of parameters provides hidh quality of recovery of signals with smallest costs for tuning and adjustment of cable lines.

We propose a model describing the motion of the wave of viruses inside and outside of living matter. It is shown that the Schrodinger equation can be used in the analysis of movement of the virus, as a physical material object in physical space. We calculated the de Broglie wavelength of the virus. The mechanism of viral diseases is shown as an interaction of genetic apparatus of human cells with the field structure of viruses. The concept of information-wave virus is given. The results of studies on patients with the use of information-wave of viruses, generated by a special generator of digital codes, are given. It is shown that the reliability of the mechanism of cell damage by wave digital information and viruses on the basis of vegetative resonance test. The reliability of the mechanism of cell damage by information-wave digital viruses is shown with the use vegetative resonance test. The conclusion that the suppression of viruses can be realized with the use of radiation from a special generator of numerical codes has been made.

The research of the proluvial and eluvial-diluvial loess-like loams with wide distribution in the Kuban plain was conducted. In this work the properties of the collapsible loess soils, which developed the processes that lead deformation of the engineering structures, violation of planning fields, to their water logging, etc, was considered. The analysis of subsidence processes, their origins and causes activation is provided. The link between subsidence and suffusion processes was conditioned. It is proved that the subsidence processes significantly affect the safety and population’s comfort living. The issues about the regime observations of these processes are raised.

Now nanotechnologies are one of perspective methods of diagnostics in medical practice. Nanoparticles can be used as contrast agents for medical ultrasonic introscopy due to their adhesion to tumor cells and bacteria. The mathematical model of the laser excitation of acoustic signals in a liquid medium with the presence of the nanotubes was developed and numerically studied. Increasing of the level of photo acoustic signal was shown.

This paper describes application of different criteria for estimating parameters of traffic simulation. For comparison following methods were used: statistical methods for comparison of a flow and speed in control points of a network - analysis of variance (ANOVA), Theil's U-statistics; relationships between flow, density and speed; relationships between trip time and stop time with using two-fluid models of traffic flow. For this aim we also used concept of meta-model. In order to implement this method we need on the first step to create separately relationship between traffic flow parameters for observation and simulation data and then to estimate combined model. It is shown that the nested metagraphs reflect the general system concept for description of complex objects with synergistic effect. This approach enables moving from the set-theoretic description of complex objects to their algebraic-theoretic description, thus increasing the model adequacy to real-life objects.
