  • Recovery of impulse signals in cable lines

    The most effective solutions for recovery of impulse signals in dispersing cable lines can be perfomed on the base of heterojunction SiGe BiCMOS technology and are based on combining in one IC high-frequensy analog blocks on heterojunction bipolar transistors and control unit and adaptive correction of parameters on the base of CMOS transistors. Equalizer chip with adaptive correction of parameters provides hidh quality of recovery of signals with smallest costs for tuning and adjustment of cable lines.

  • On the development of the wave theory of viruses

      We propose a model describing the motion of the wave of viruses inside and outside of living matter. It is shown that the Schrodinger equation can be used in the analysis of movement of the virus, as a physical material object in physical space. We calculated the de Broglie wavelength of the virus. The mechanism of viral diseases is shown as an interaction of genetic apparatus of human cells with the field structure of viruses. The concept of information-wave virus is given. The results of studies on patients with the use of information-wave of viruses, generated by a special generator of digital codes, are given. It is shown that the reliability of the mechanism of cell damage by wave digital information and viruses on the basis of vegetative resonance test. The reliability of the mechanism of cell damage by information-wave digital viruses is shown with the use vegetative resonance test. The conclusion that the suppression of viruses can be realized with the use of radiation from a special generator of numerical codes has been made.

  • Geo-ecological consequences of drawdown- suffusion processes

    The research of the proluvial and eluvial-diluvial loess-like loams with wide distribution in the Kuban plain was conducted. In this work the properties of the collapsible loess soils, which developed the processes that lead deformation of the engineering structures, violation of planning fields, to their water logging, etc, was considered. The analysis of subsidence processes, their origins and causes activation is provided. The link between subsidence and suffusion processes was conditioned. It is proved that the subsidence processes significantly affect the safety and population’s comfort living. The issues about the regime observations of these processes are raised.

  • On the interrelation between preparatory and main works in forest harvesting

    The article considers the questions of interrelation between preparatory and main works in forest harvesting. It also examines a method of monitoring of their effectiveness with the use of geographic information systems considering the evaluation of forest offence during these works.

  • The theoretical model of the laser excitation of acoustic signals in a liquid medium with the presence of nano-sized objects

      Now nanotechnologies are one of perspective methods of diagnostics in medical practice. Nanoparticles can be used as contrast agents for medical ultrasonic introscopy due to their adhesion to tumor cells and bacteria. The mathematical model of the laser excitation of acoustic signals in a liquid medium with the presence of the nanotubes was developed and numerically studied. Increasing of the level of photo acoustic signal was shown.

  • High-frequency active filter units mixed SoC based on a current amplifier

    The paper shows the feasibility of using a current amplifier in the filters RF and microwave ranges. By analyzing the basic structure of the second-order level sufficient conditions for the efficient use of active elements.   • Own compensation of noise of voltage reference in continuous compensatory stabilizers

      This paper presents a method of constructing microwave selective amplifiers, which allows control Q and voltage gain at the frequency of quasi-resonance. The presented architecture selective amplifiers for SiGe process technology have low power consumption.

  • Methods of estimating the adequacy of simulation results

    This paper describes application of different criteria for estimating parameters of traffic simulation. For comparison following methods were used: statistical methods for comparison of a flow and speed in control points of a network - analysis of variance (ANOVA), Theil's U-statistics; relationships between flow, density and speed; relationships between trip time and stop time with using two-fluid models of traffic flow. For this aim we also used concept of meta-model. In order to implement this method we need on the first step to create separately relationship between traffic flow parameters for observation and simulation data and then to estimate combined model. The paper included results of calculation

  • Nested metagraphs as models of complex objects

    "The concept of the nested metagraph as the model of a complex object with different levels of generalization is introduced. It is shown that the nested metagraphs reflect the general system concept for description of complex objects with synergistic effect. This approach enables moving from the set-theoretic description of complex objects to their algebraic-theoretic description, thus increasing the model adequacy to real-life objects. The application of the nested metagraphs, in particular to business-intelligence and semantic search is considered. "

  • Symmetry of anions in molten solts and raman spectra

    The values  the frequencies of the stretching vibrations of anions  SCN-,  NO2-, NO3-, CℓO4- in molten salts of alkali metals and their point group symmetry. There is a correlation with an increase in the frequency of symmetry

  • Research the relationship between technological possibility forest machines with the parameters of forest environment

      To estimate the effectiveness of forest machines developed technological possibility coefficient. Coefficients reflect the ability to provide a given performance of transport vehicles in the logging, the decline in the quality of the skid road surface. Method allows determining the amount of logging residues, necessary for the skid road construction. At calculating the available volume accounted for logging residues. Resources of logging residues are calculated depending on the type of timber and the length of skid road. The method allows selecting the optimum system of machines to work in these natural production conditions or schedule performance loss due to reduced carrying capacity of skid road.
