The five industrial innovative building systems for the construction of low-rise buildings of the binary composite materials with a polymer or mineral matrix and particulate filler are proposed. Recommendations to reduce the time construction of buildings, taking into account the characteristics of composite products and modern technology installation sites using both traditional approaches, and due process of building robotics are given.

Questions of definition of a residual resource of metal designs of bridge cranes are considered, the main aspects of a settlement technique of the assessment of a resource of cranes developed by VNIIPTMASh (Moscow), and also its program realization in the program MathCad environment are given. We obtained the solution of the optimization problem for the step-parallel beam with constant width of the cross-section. The problem was solved by minimizing the strain energy while the volume of beam is constant. The solution was made for the case of simple support at the ends and evenly distributed along the length load. We introduced the parameter α, which is the ratio of height of the average part to a height of side parts. The optimal value of α was found. At this value the stiffness of the beam is maximum at constant volume. The obtained beam of maximum stiffness is not equal strength.

We solved the problem of optimizing the gable beam by minimizing the strain energy at constant volume. The problem reduced to an integral equation for determining the optimum angle of the beam. This equation was solved numerically by the method of bisection. Integral was calculated using the method of trapezoids. Solution was made in software package Matlab. The optimum angle depends on the width of the cross section b, and the volume of the beam. It was found that with increasing of width of the cross section the optimum tilt angle decreases. Also the volume increases by increasing the width of the beam.

The aim of the research was to develop a combined lining that would ensure long-term operation of underground workings in the chemical attack and high pressure groundwater. The problem of protection of groundwater is of particular importance for the mountain enterprises engaged in production of potash. Over the past 100 years in the world (Germany, Canada, Russia, and others.) Were flooded, more than 80 potash mines, including in Russia - mines BKRU-3 (1986) and BKRU-1 (2006) Verkhnekamskoye occurrence. The most commonly used lining of iron tubing does not provide the desired water resistance and durability. Disadvantages of steel lining supports identified based on the analysis of the experience of their application in Russia and abroad. The authors proposed a combination lining which consists of several layers of concrete or reinforced concrete and a waterproof layer of fiberglass. High strength, resistance to aggressive environments, the ability to provide complete waterproofing under relatively high cost of determining the benefits of the proposed lining. Calculations have shown that under certain conditions, the proposed construction of lining can effectively replace expensive cast-iron lining and steel lining.

Paper presents results of full-scale test to failure of reinforced concrete room-sized module type "cap" by static loading. Loading process, used testing facilities, loading and measuring equipment are described. Obtained data considering module's strength, stiffness and cracking resistance are given.

Introduction. The present invention generally relates to construction elements for erecting structures, and also to methods of erecting structures with the use of construction elements. Construction elements for erecting structures are conventionally flat elements, which are assembled at a site of construction for erecting a structure. Such flat constructions elements cannot be too wide because their transportation with the use of conventional transportation means is not possible. It is therefore necessary to use the construction elements with reduced width to allow their transportation, or to produce wide construction elements at the construction site. It is therefore believed that it would be advisable to improve existing construction elements and methods for erection of structures with their use. Result. The new technology of construction, based on the use of precast reinforced concrete large-sized spatial structures with variable geometry, allowing transportation without the special vehicles. After truck shipment and restore the geometry, structure is mounted to final position. As a result of the only one mounting stage, load bearing and (or) enclosure structure, permanent formwork of a monolithic slab floor are erected. The proposed technology is confirmed by the author’s priority (Patent № US 8,615,967 B1 / Dec. 31, 2013) Conclusions. Patent search report and the actual fact of the U.S. Patent allow us to draw a conclusion on feasibility and prospect of new technology.

The results of processing of experimental studies of physical and mechanical properties of the samples centrifuged and vibrated. Evaluation of heterogeneity of fresh concrete properties to determine the changes in water-cement ratio (W / C), the residual water content and density of the thickness of the sample centrifuged, and the change of the strength properties of the hardened betona.Analiz experimental data showed that there is a significant change in the average density of the concrete (up to 4 %), the total porosity of the layer in a slurry is increased by almost 18%, while the strength of the concrete is changed in thickness to 18-25%. Using the method of least squares, obtained the strength of concrete patterns of change in the thickness of the samples.

The phenomenon of buckling under the creep of concrete arches was investigated. Solution of the problem carried out by means of the finite element method. To analyze the stability we used Newton-Raphson method. It has been established that there is a long-term critical load, beyond which the growth of the deflection has not fading character. As the equation of the relationship between the creep deformation and strains we used viscoelastoplastic hereditary model of aging concrete. To determine the creep strain we used a linear approximation with respect to time. It was found that the long critical load for considered arch was in 1.44 times lower than the instant critical load.

The paper discusses the issue of necessity of creation of residential area for teachers in the territory of newly projected campuses. It allows the University to invite highly qualified teachers, including from abroad. Providing the teachers and employees of the University with flats is the practice adopted before the revolution of 1917. The paper offers the norms for designing the flats of teachers of various categories (post-graduate students, professors). The evaluation of expenditures for construction of residential premises for the teachers and employees of the University, as well as dormitories for students has been conducted. The comparison of the cost of construction with the expenditures for a full cycle of preparation of a Specialist (Bachelor) in the University has been given. The author also comes to the conclusion that the presence of a parking zone in the campus is superfluous for the territories located to the north of the middle zone of Russia. The conformance of the campus to modern environmental requirements, in the author’s opinion, may be provided not only by the creation of parks, but by using building and premises arrangement technologies that save energy.

The author estimates the possible number of compression and tie bars of the system. The article deals with the calculation of prestressed reinforced concrete cylindrical tank with capacity of 200,000 m3 to store liquefied natural gas (LNG). The calculation is performed by using the finite element program complex "Lira-SAPR." For the purpose of considering the peculiarities of the work of such structures calculation was conducted in three phases: the initial phase was carried out a preliminary definition of the area of pre-stressed tendons and pitch of their arrangement on the height of the wall. Then - the preliminary determination of the intensity of the reinforcement ring beam coating with prestressed reinforcement. And in the end - the final calculation of prestressed concrete structures with the adjustment of the previous reinforcement. According to the results of calculating is obtained the reinforced concrete structure of the tank, which in the empty state, and in the stage of operation (filling LNG) stresses in the concrete does not exceed: in the compressed zones – the cylinder compressive strength, and in the stretched areas – tensile strength of concrete.

The article deals with self-induced and forced oscillations of the solid core massif on the elastic (Winkler) foundation. Perturbing forces are “inertial forces” of unstable equipment, established on the foundation-like massif. Taking into account some hypothesis, minor oscillations (reciprocal and torsion) across and relative to chief central inertion axis that are represented by the system of six differential equations. In the most general case natural vibration frequencies are regarded as solutions of septic determinants. The authors have worked out two particular cases that allow decreasing the order of determinants. In order to determine the frequency of oscillation of an external force “the disturbation forces” are represented in Fourier series. The article shows the results of numerical calculations for the simplest particular case of massif geometry.
