Incoming article date: 07.05.2024The construction of new modern buildings for social purposes, including healthcare facilities, is an important area of urban planning policy. When planning the construction of such buildings, it is important to take into account the territorial and spatial factor. The use of geographic information systems as a tool for spatial analysis and collection of information on the state of social infrastructure makes it possible to visualize data from a comprehensive assessment of the territory and significantly simplify analytical work, which makes it possible to optimize organizational and managerial processes for the long-term development of settlements.
