In contrast to the classical transport problem, according to the minimum total time criterion, it is assumed that resources are processed both at the source points and at the destination points, the duration of which depends linearly on the volume of the processed batch. This takes into account both the availability of the vehicles involved and their characteristics, such as load capacity. The use of the Hungarian method is justified for the distribution of resources along the available routes. To solve the problem of distribution of available vehicles by starting points, taking into account the load capacity of vehicles, it is proposed to use the method of dynamic programming. An illustrative example and distribution of delivery means using the "Search for a solution" command in MS Excel are considered.

The paper presents the basic principles of using pedestrian simulation for the preparation and planning of mega-events on the example of the FIFA World Cup 2018. The processes are indicated, which require special attention in pedestrian simulation during mega-events.The parameters of the assessment of the functioning of the infrastructure, planning and organizational solutions during the mega-event are considered.

the formulated problem is a special case of the transportation problem with xed surcharges in which the value of the objective function affect only the time spent on the delivery of resources by the affected routes and do not affect the volumes of transported resources. A solution based on the linearization of the objective function is appropriate in cases of time constraints on finding a solution. Second, because of its relative simplicity, this solution can be used as a duplicate procedure (to determine the lower limit) to more complex, such as, combinatorial, algorithms for finding exact solution of the problem. Modification of the method of Balinsky is the sequential reduction of dimensionality of the original problem by eliminating rows or columns of the matrix of transportation in which the true costs match the costs of these tasks

investigated the effect of physical properties of the bulk of their mass. Transportation of bulk cargo in adverse weather conditions involve the risk of exceeding the carrying capacity of rolling stock. On the example of river sand are considered the basic properties of bulk cargoes and their change in the interaction with the environment. The calculations to determine the mass of a load on its humidity

The importance of Tuapse Oil Refinery for Krasnodar territory and the town of Tuapse, the history of it's development and modernization is cousidered. A part of reconstrustion was performed in 1960s. wich made it possible to increase production of A-92 and AI-80 petrol brands. In 2008-2013 the Russian Petroleum Company "NC-Rosneft" invested 117 mld riubles in the modernization of the plant. to increase it capacity from 32,2 mln barrels to 88 mln barrels a year. Modernized Refinery will produce automobile fuel of "Euro-4" and "Euro-5" class. For this purpouse KY-1, LOY-ABT-12 installatious, hydrocracking, catalic reforming equipment was perfomed. The increase of the capacity demands ноу штскуфыу ща oil tanks quantify. Recoustruction of Oil Refinery demanded the development of transport infrastructure: building of 4 railway tracks with freight facilities, a new bridge over the Tuapse river, a moorage for filling in large-tonn tankers and a deadweight up to 100 thousand tonns.

The article is devoted to study proposals for commissioning period of planning and coordination of freight shippers application of the SU-12 with the operators of rolling stock from the economic point of view. Defined and examined the relationship problems in the planning of cargo via Russian ports and operational performance of the railways. The methods of calculating the economic effects of operational performance.

The article is devoted to study proposals for determination of transportation of dangerous goods. Methodology of selection of the most optimal route for transportation dangerous goods is presented and consists of 11 steps, and also includes factors influencing movement goods throughout the roads. The methods allow to decrease subjectivity factors of assessments of transportation risk and, thereby, to reduce probability of choosing a wrong way to move dangerous goods.

There are principles that are included in the basis of common information space. The most of all principles are relevance, predictability, specific, response time, institutional, security. The article consider technical aspects such as the distribution of computing power on the basis of the properties of parallel processes, systems requirements (scalability, distribution), logistics principles of information flow, the implementation of the functions of information processes. The article describes the technical, economic and legal basis of common information space. Since railway trasnport includes a number of developments, the implementation uses the principles of reengineering such as optimality, adaptability, redundancy, rationality, vertical, horizontal, intensity etc ...

After accession of Russia into the WTO the tasks related to the development of infrastructure have been sharpen. With the growing volume of cargo traffic and the lack of opportunity for the extensive development of the port infrastructure, the alternative of building the dry port can be only feasible, although explicitly the most expensive. Due to this reason the method of gradual development of the dry port which provides significant economic efficiency was addressed in the article.
