The purpose of the study, which this article is limited to, is to analyze the violations committed during the installation of precast concrete goods of a residential building, the place where errors occurred and their causes, and analyze the consequences of violation of the technology for erecting the supporting frame of a residential large-panel building. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study and analyze the main technological actions and in the process of operational quality control, to identify the places of occurrence of technology violations.On the example of a large-panel residential building, the problems of the quality of work during the construction of the aboveground part of the building are considered. The drawbacks of the constructive solution of external wall panels and joints between them are revealed. The main mistakes in the production of work are considered, at what point in the production of work they arise, and what they will lead to in the future. An example of operational construction control of the installation of load-bearing structures of a large-panel residential building is given.An analysis of errors in construction and installation works was carried out, conclusions were drawn and proposals were made to improve the quality of work during the construction of a large-panel residential building.

In modern construction production, the volume of management, technical, economic and legal information has increased significantly. This increase relates to the design of buildings and structures, to the documentation of construction processes, as well as to the obtaining of permits and the assessment of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations. The reason for this growth is the widespread use of digital technologies by design, construction, regulatory and Supervisory organizations. The purpose of the work is to systematize and synchronize the documentary support with the stages of the life cycle of capital construction projects from the initiation of the capital investment project to the commissioning of the capital construction project. As a result of the formalization of the system-forming principles of documentary support for each stage of the life cycle of the capital construction project, the problems of documenting the construction industry are formulated: first, the need to automate the filling of standard forms of primary accounting and reporting, second, the improvement of information transfer and storage technologies, third, ensuring reliable protection of information that describes the processes of construction of buildings and structures. The methods of the diagnostics and oil-and-gas installations state analysis reliability increasing based on usage of the parametric methods of statistics are discussed in this paper. The variance analysis of the mechanical properties of the pump rods made of normalized steel is given in this paper (according to the data of the manufacturing plant for the period of 10 years). It is found that breaking point and yield stress are distributed with the truncated normal laws in the region of minimum values. The obtained average values and variation coefficients of the mechanical properties within the steel grade permit to calculate the statistically significant changes of the mechanical characteristics. The correlations between Vickers hardness and breaking point (Vickers hardness and yield stress) in the case of steels produced in the Russian Federation for the pressure-operated vessels are also presented in this paper. These correlations permit to determine the strength characteristics with the relative error of 12% according to the hardness value. In the case of transferring the obtained correlations on the steels produced in Japan the systematic underestimation of the yield stress is 0,85 fold with respect to the value given in the certificate. The factors that influence on the microanalysis sensitivity and accuracy are revealed, the optimal scanning electron microscope mode and research conditions for the chosen patterns are also determined. Evaluation of the systematic inaccuracy of determining the carbon content in the steel is obtained in this paper. It is found that the measurement error for the scan area from 3 x 3 to 20 x 20 mm and accelerating voltage from 10 to 15 kv is minimal. The usage of the obtained results permits to increase the validity of the findings in the diagnosed installations condition evaluation and determining the conditions of their further exploitation.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the description of the results of scientific research in the field of substantiation of the programme of action in the restructuring of the coal industry. The main attention of the authors focused on ensuring the environmental security of organizational and technical measures. It is shown that the goal of environmental protection on the territory of the liquidated mines can only be achieved when forming the production program considering the results of a comprehensive study of the object and its relationship with the external environment (geo-environment, groundwater and surface hydrosphere and atmosphere) with using theories of system analysis and prognostics. In particular, based on the analysis of scientific publications on the subject and the results of their own research to determine leading factors of negative impact on life safety of the population and the requirements of the forecast system. In the final part of the article provides information on the implementation of the methodology of research into practice.

In the article presents an analysis of changes in the flow of failures of trucks with diesel and methane-diesel engines. As a result of analysis revealed a change in the reliability of diesel cars converted to work on compressed natural gas. This led to a change in their effective operation because of the increased amount of downtime to repair. Another reason of the decline in effective work vehicles - reduction the carrying capacity, because of the need to transportation a extra weight in the form of compressed gas cylinders. These factors directly affect the final cost of transportation of cargos and payback period of the gas equipment. As a result it was proposed to take into consideration the change in the reliability of methane-diesel vehicles in the formation of cost transportation cargos and payback calculation of gas equipment.

The relevance of this article stems from the situation in the energy sector. For issues of a more efficient use of the thermal capacity of industrial wastewater this article describes the method of determining the efficiency of heat utilization of industrial wastewaters produced during the implementation of thermal processes of service enterprises, as secondary energy. Conducted system analysis of the technological regime cards washing clothes in order to identify the energy potential of wastewater. Based on the analysis of the conditions of production of thermal equipment is composed of a heat balance, thermal process equipment, the methods of determining the heat capacity of industrial wastewater and the amount of saved fuel by use of this energy potential. As the calculation of the financial cost of additional heat exchanger regenerative type, the use of which allows to implement a system of heat utilization of industrial waste water as the heating fluid.
