The conducted studies show that more than 70% of failures and breakdowns during repair, restoration and restoration works at cultural heritage sites occur as a result of uncoordinated actions of repairmen and restorers. This is due to the fact that repair and restoration works are carried out in complex and cramped conditions on hard-to-reach sites. Therefore, a deep study and scientific substantiation of repair and restoration technologies is one of the main conditions for increasing the efficiency, safety and reliability of the human operator (repairman, restorer, technical and line workers, etc.) in the construction and technical sphere. It is important to take into account the reliability and safety of the human-machine system (HMS) when designing repair and restoration technologies, technical systems and devices for lifting and moving loads in cramped conditions on hard-to-reach sites. The article presents a system-structural method that allows us to consider a single human-machine system as a continuous series of simple human-machine systems that are formed and destroyed, and to divide a simple human-machine system into subsystems, subsystems into working methods, actions, micro-movements, etc.

The article discusses the issues of organizational and technological approaches in the design of facilities to be reconstructed. During the operation of buildings, the reliability of their structures is subject to cyclical changes. The dynamics of loads, as well as damage resulting from operation, can have a significant impact on the strength and durability of construction facilities. The reasons for the technical inspection during reconstruction are analyzed. The diagnosis of structural failure is analyzed. In most cases, emergencies are the result of missed errors at the design stage of the project, construction of the construction site and its operation. To minimize such risks, additional measures are being implemented aimed at quality control at all stages - from design to commissioning. A number of conditions have been identified under which most defects in the design and operation of structures can be prevented even at the stage of development of the reconstruction project.

One of the important parameters of shaping historical and cultural monuments of the tower type are the dimensions in plan, the thickness of the external walls varying with height, and the angles of inclination of the external and internal sides of the external walls. The article defines the average values of the angles of inclination of the external and internal sides of the walls of tower structures from the vertical using visual and instrumental methods using optical devices, plumb lines, and goniometers. A system of equations is compiled that determines the patterns of shaping cultural heritage monuments of the tower type. An example of calculating the geometric parameters of the designed tower based on the compiled dependencies is considered. The parameters of shaping tower structures must be taken into account when developing design documentation for repair and restoration work, as well as when drawing up process maps for the construction of destroyed or physically worn out wall structures.

The article discusses the relationship between the parameters of the construction flow and the cost of work. A key aspect of the process of increasing profits, minimizing costs and improving the characteristics of products is the justification of the timing of the construction of facilities. Estimating the duration and cost of work enables the decision maker to come to more informed business decisions. The estimated construction estimate does not include all the organizational, technological and financial costs of the construction company. The costs of planned downtime of performers and the front of work, improving the quality of construction products, etc. are not taken into account. The primary task is to systematize the correlation of dependencies between the parameters of the construction flow, namely the duration, number of participants and individual stages of construction work, their intensity and degree of workload of performers, and on the other hand, the cost of construction with different approaches to organization construction processes and works. Relationships and dependencies between flow parameters and costs have been established.

Attention is paid to the issue of complex turnkey contracts, which involve the preparation of preliminary contract documentation in two stages. The contractor studies the requirements put forward by the customer, after which he sends him his proposals, after approval and acceptance of which the risk of constructive and organizational and technological solutions is reduced.

The article is devoted to the issue of making organizational and technological decisions when the stock of information for alternatives to choosing the required tasks is either very small, or they are changing drastically. Since it is not easy to make an organizational and technological business decision due to the fact that it is not clear what the result will be, it is proposed to use game theory in conditions of uncertainty. What kind of decision will be made and which of the available strategies the designer will adopt depends on what economic effect will be obtained as a result of the implementation of the organizational and technological solution being developed. Game theory is a special class of mathematical models for decision-making under specific conditions. By choosing solutions in the wake of uncertainty, game theory formalizes possible knowledge about the course of action of the participants in the game in certain conflict situations and allows you to mathematically substantiate knowledge about a rational course of action in certain conditions. When constructing construction projects in environmentally unfavorable conditions, the risk matrix is compared and the best option for the development of a construction project is determined.

This article analyzes trends and examples of the use of digital technology in order to increase the efficiency and improve the quality of construction projects. BIM technologies already at the design stage make it possible to provide as much as possible all the signs that affect the construction object at the beginning of construction and its further operation. The number of these signs increases, due to the fact that the complexity of the construction process of construction objects increases, as the scale of construction increases, the volume of construction products and building materials increases. In this connection, the requirements for the general designer, contractor, customer, etc. are increasing. At the same time, the customer expects to find, in addition to the project, a solution to reduce costs and increase the functionality of the construction object with the highest parameters. The need for high-performance special technologies and methods of organizing the management of construction works is becoming more acute. BIM technologies are the physical and functional characteristics of a construction object presented in digital form. Digital technologies are an integrated special resource of competencies in order to obtain information about a construction object. It provides the basis for the possibility to accept special decisions of a construction object from construction to the moment of its demolition. This model provides an opportunity to delegate a virtual digital model from the creators of the project to the subcontractor, general contractor, owner, as well as the manager of the construction object. The technical tasks of using information modeling technologies are the starting point for planning an investment project both from the customer's position, since they define the scope of using a BIM model at all phases of the operation of a construction object according to the criteria for evaluating information, and from the position of the contractor, since it acts as the basis for generating a plan when a BIM project will be implemented. The list of characteristic technical tasks of BIM modeling application at different stages of the construction object life cycle is determined. The BIM project algorithm is proposed.

One of the tasks of the state is to create decent living conditions for the population, including providing people with high-quality and comfortable housing. However, over time, housing wears out, becomes outdated, and becomes unsuitable for use. In order to slow down and prevent rapid deterioration of capital construction projects, capital repair measures are being implemented. They are aimed at restoring and replacing structural elements of residential buildings that have fallen into disrepair. Overhaul of housing is a complex of organizational, technological and economic measures aimed at reducing and eliminating the physical deterioration of buildings. Thus, the creation of decent living conditions for the population and the safety of the housing stock, as well as increasing its energy efficiency, depend on the effectiveness of the organization of the capital repair system and its organizational and technological support.

This article analyzes the assessment of the signs leading to the possible destruction of the studied building structure. To determine the degree of influence of signs (or groups) on the level of structural failure in their direct diagnosis, it is possible to use a mathematical basis, in particular, the Bayesian approach. The essence of the implementation is to compare the probability of failure for each structure under study. The result of the work is to identify and describe not only the features of the relationship between each feature affecting the destruction of the structure and the calculated probability of destruction, but also their degree of influence on increasing or decreasing the probability of an accident. According to the estimates of the mathematical definition of the signs affecting the destruction of the building structure, it is possible to more objectively assess the effectiveness of the method used to check the condition of the building structure.
