Researches of hardness of various steel grades for the purpose of determination of density of their distribution and distribution of extremes of selections are conducted. Results of the received researches are used for definition of a resource of details with use of a graphic method of transition from selection to set.

Forecasting is required for effective control of the processes of electric power transmission and consumption, load estimation, and reduction of technical and commercial losses. The methods based on artificial neural networks are the most universal. However, practical application of those methods is limited by the complexity and the cost of software and by high requirements to the personnel who create and operate such systems. We propose two ways of the interaction between providers and consumers of forecasts of electric power consumption that solve those problems. The first way implements "model as a service" conception and the second way implements "forecast as a service" conception.

One of the key points of planning individual iterations in IT projects is the forecasting of the so-called focus factor. More specifically, it is the concentration of the workforce and the team's efforts to perform tasks. The purpose of this work was to clarify the previously obtained results on the choice of optimal methods of such prediction. This used another criterion for the quality of the forecast, not a mistake in planning the performance of the iteration, as before, and the inaccuracy of the prediction of the focus factor. The analysis carried out according to the new criterion fully confirms all the results obtained earlier. Among the considered mathematical methods of forecasting for planning in iterations of IT-projects the most suitable is extrapolation by moving average (both arithmetic and geometric) for the previous 1-4 periods. The error of the focus factor forecast for them is about 4.7%. Another aim of this work was the formalization of the intuitive methods of planning undertaken by specific teams of developers of projects. On this basis, within the framework of the theory of fuzzy sets with the use of linguistic variables, a heuristic forecasting model is developed. Numerical experiments on the basis of specific production data have shown for it a higher accuracy of the forecast than for extrapolation. The error was about 3% against 4.7%. The paper also presents a combined model using elements of both the heuristic approach and the above-mentioned extrapolation. It showed even higher accuracy of the forecast, with a mean square error of about 1.5%. The results obtained in this work, in our opinion, completely solve the problem of the optimal method of planning individual iterations in the implementation of IT projects.

In the article the possibilities of a modern system with numerical control FMS-3000(3200) compared to other common control racks. Given the specific production examples of the design of control programs for cases odnostoronnego and multilayer milling in power engineering. The analysis of the total length of programs and the complexity of their adjustments in the processing elements of the same type having different geometric dimensions. It is concluded that the use of specialized modal cycles in the control FMS-3000(3200) significantly increases the efficiency of program-controlled machining.

The questions of mathematical interpretation of results of trajectory measurements are discussed in terms of increasing the accuracy of identification of bearings of unmanned aerial vehicles during their movement in a "swarm" - a group. Variants of identification of horizontal and spatial bearings are offered. For each of the variants, criteria are proposed for identifying the belonging of the measured values to the same object in the group and the conditions for achieving them. The situation of false positives is shown. It is determined that additional identification measures are needed to eliminate false bearing triads and uncovered ambiguities, including the use of combinatorial exhaustive search algorithms. For their study, it is necessary to develop an experimental statistical model with an algorithmic description of cause-effect relationships, which is a further development of this work.

The problems of studying the mathematical interpretation of the results of trajectory measurements in terms of increasing the accuracy of identification of bearings of unmanned aerial vehicles during their movement in the group "swarm" and "system" are discussed. The variants of identification of horizontal (IHP) and spatial bearings (PPI) are proposed both separately and in a complementary application. Identification of bearings of similar objects in the swarm type group is expedient to be carried out according to the IGP-IPP algorithm. However, it is only partly operational at distances of 3 km or more. As the main algorithm for identifying bearings of similar objects in the "Story" group, it is advisable to use IPP. Although these algorithms achieve high identification efficiency under favorable conditions, with tougher conditions, they drop rather sharply. Therefore, to maintain a high level of probability of "pure" identification, it is advisable to use additional measures to combat false triads. For the removal of problems, it is necessary to develop and apply combinatorial algorithms for exhaustive search, which is the direction for the development of further research.

Increasingly the non-autoclaved aerated concrete quality is created at of mortar mix expansion and the stage of plastic strength set. Consequently, the structure formation process can be deliberately controlled. The control actions choice is a complex scientific and technical challenge. It is solved in different ways in modern practice. The authors propose an integrated approach for selection of control actions in this article. In the first stage it is proposed to use expert methods, for example, the method of a priori ranking factors. It is rational to apply experimental study in the second stage. The article presents the choice of the control parameters vector in controlling the non-autoclaved aerated concrete structure formation as an example.

The article describes the use of tubular elastic elements in agricultural machinery. Failure to comply with agronomic requirements when conducting the pre-sowing tillage and sowing may lead to a significant reduction in yield. One of the important requirements is the observance of depth of soil and depth of seeding. The use of tubular elastic elements in agricultural machines, together with systems for tracking relief and density of the soil, allows to observe the depth of soil treatment and depth of sowing on soils with different physical-mechanical properties in automatic mode. Furthermore, the use of tubular elements allows to increase the efficiency of self-cleaning of the working body from weeds, reduced the tractive resistance of the working body.

Today, the problem of introducing new technologies for the transport of goods is urgent for the transport system of our country. The main example of effective intermodal transport cooperation is piggyback transportation, i.e. Combined rail and road transport of trailers, semi-trailers, trailers or demountable bodies on a railway platform. This technology is widely used in Europe, however, there has not been a mass introduction of such kinoes of shipment in Russia by the present day, despite numerous Russian Railways attempts to launch a piggyback message on various routes. To improve the quality of transport services for cargo owners by rail transport in Russia, it is advisable to study the experience of Western countries in the development of progressive types of cargo transportation in order to find a solution to the problems encountered in the introduction of piggyback traffic on the Russian Railways site.

The improvement of refrigerator wagons is an essential problem in Russia. Different tasks need to be solved. One of them is the improvement of bogie dynamics properties. The authors have developed mathematical models for simulating the dynamics of the refrigerator railway vehicle. The aim of the paper was to determine the experimental condition for theoretical results verification and obtain new information about the wagon. Accelerometer schemes on the bogies and wagon body were obtained that made possible to measure all bogies movements and investigate the influence of longitudinal dynamics on flexible carbody accelerations.

Background: The quality of electricity is one of the main problems necessary for the normal functioning of responsible technological processes in which a slight distortion of the supply voltage can lead to a violation of the normal operation of enterprises. There are several solutions to this problem: uninterruptible power systems, fast automatic power reserve technology (FAPR), dynamic voltage distortion compensator (DVDC). The most interesting solution is the application of dynamic voltage distortion. Material and methods: The principles of constructing a dynamic voltage distortion compensator with multilevel voltage inverters are investigated. An imitation model constructed under the following assumptions is proposed: an ideal case of the main circuit system (without higher harmonics) is considered, the nonlinearity of the transformer is not taken into account, short-circuit currents are absent, only constant load power is used. Assumptions are justified by the fact that in practice their error is no more than 3-5%, which is permissible. The results are obtained by modeling the system in the MatLab 2016b package. Results: A fundamentally new structural and functional scheme of a dynamic voltage distortion compensator with a multilevel system is developed. The requirements for the dynamic compensator of voltage distortion, load, LC-filters, current-voltage transformers and a converter are determined. Simulation of the simulation model has shown that the system works and corresponds to the expected results. Conclusions: The proposed voltage compensation system will solve the problem of the normal functioning of technological processes. The simulation results showed that the declared functional of the DVDC provides compensation of the voltage level in a given range of voltage dips. The obtained results can be used to stabilize the power supply: in the power supply systems of medical institutions, electric transport, critical energy facilities of a high category.

The work is devoted to modeling the dependence of the temperature of the extrusion process in the melting zone on the composition of the feedstock and the rotational speed of the screw shaft. The quality of the finished product can not be determined in real time, but it depends on the values of the technological parameters of the production process. Therefore, the quality of products can be controlled through the control of technological parameters. Therefore, the problem of determining the temperature dependence is an important problem. The model is obtained on the basis of experimental data from a number of alternative models. As parameters, the rotational speed of the screw shaft was used. As a criterion for the quality of the model, the sum of the theoretical model errors from the experimental data is used. As the speed of the screw shaft increases, the temperature of the extrusion process increases with a gradually decreasing rate. The resulting model of the extrusion process can be used in automatic extrusion control systems to control the quality of finished products.

The submitted paper considers the issues of developing the analytical software which is the part of the hardware-software complex for energy accountability, reporting and analysis, and consumption. The main function of the analytical software is to predict the consumption of energy resources and emergency conditions, as well as non-routine events. To create analytical software, the use of contextually-predefined machine languages is suggested. The issues considered include the implementation of such languages for intelligent agents (IA), which are used to solve problems of resource consumption forecasting in the housing and communal services sector. Particular attention is paid to the methods for supporting the change in implementing functions. The same approach can be used to solve other problems. An intelligent agent features a complex behavior that changes as it interacts with the external environment and is determined by internal states. When creating intelligent agents, there are fundamental problems: - search and formation of algorithms for the training of an intelligent agent, - change and implementation of these algorithms within the agent itself. The work specially dwells on the second problem. The approach is that contextually-predefined languages and implementing systems are used as form-building (morphogenetic) ones. The productive element is the main part of the learning intelligent agent. There are six components of the productive element. They are considered within the context of contextually-predefined languages application. The basic idea is to isolate the parts of the component's algorithm and to arrange an appropriate connection between the particular part and the context that can change it directly or indirectly. As a result, the necessary adaptive change of algorithms is obtained on the basis of accumulated knowledge. One of the most urgent tasks is the form this process during the operation of the IA.
