The growing interest in travel around Russia and the lack of information support determine the relevance of developing decision support systems in the tourism industry. The work presents the results of information modeling of such a system that allows, based on monitoring of thematic Internet resources, to create a database of tourist sites and events, places of residence, transport routes and based on user estimates, form a completed tourist product that appropriate the requirements. The obtained models are the basis for the development of the software environment.

The study on the hardness of samples from steel ST3 and 15G. On the basis of the correlation equations obtained values of ultimate strength of the examined steels. With the application of the law of three-parameter Weibull distribution constructed density distribution and the resulting minimum value of ultimate strength. The obtained results are proposed to use to determine the value of the resource for load-bearing systems of vehicles.

The authors solve the problem of effective use of energy sources of wind-diesel hybrid power stations for autonomous electric consumers. A new device connecting energy sources has been developed. Universal voltage converter (UVC) allows to connect both of AC and DC sources with a wide range of rated output voltages. UVC can be used as a part of smart grid or SCADA system. The UVC control system automatically determines the type of the connected power source and issues switching commands for consumer circuits. A 30 kVA UVC prototype was created. The article gives a UVC brief description and presents the results of the prototype research.

Results of research on control object identification based on neural network processes modeling are given. Model of object with control system is represented with a dynamic neural network and regulator model. Regulator function is known. Neural network is trained on the data of control object operating. The resulting model simulate the behavior of the system and lets us find the system’s output, including outputs for periodic test influences. By the resulting complex frequency response we find the parameters of the channel. Observed objects represent technological processes with continuous production. We show an example of identification for laboratory control object channel.

In this paper, we describe the developed formalized method for the synthesis of virtual models of process equipment that allows in computer-aided programming systems of multi-axis CNC machines to associate a mathematical model of the machines and their three-dimensional models in a single model and also automates the process of creating virtual models of machine tools of various types in these systems.

To increase the production output of products made by winding methods from composite materials used multiple spindle filament winding CNC machines. In this paper presents a mathematical model of five-axis duplex spindle filament winding machines as a system of differential nonlinear equations to solve the problem of modeling the trajectory of movement of the working bodies of the winding machine and the results of numerical experiments carried out with this model.

In this article we consider technique of determination of degree of homogeneity of heterogeneous mixtures by using tool contactless method. This method uses optoleptical information of mixture surface. This method can be used in automatic control systems. An optoleptical information may be obtained using standard devices of photosensitive scanning. The value of entropy of otptoleptical information is used to estimate the degree of mixture homogenization. Operations of component mixing are widely used in technological processes. The degree of homogenization of mixture is the one of quality indicators of mixing process. The degree of homogenization is usually determined by laboratory method, which requires additional time for analysis. The degree of homogenization can also be determined by using the senses. In this case, the results of determination depends on the experience of the expert. In this article we looked at an example for the paint industry. The method can be applied to a wide range of heterogeneous composition.

In this work the problem definition of the country and city of object of a geolocation on the basis of its coordinates is considered (latitudes and longitudes). The main objective of work is the automated determination of location and a binding of location-based objects to the countries and the cities in the world. The received algorithm allows to define concrete location of objects in a format of the countries/cities and to create own base that is actual for the majority of location-based web services and appendices, and also provides the decision for the following circle of tasks: definition of the country and city of object on the basis of its coordinates; formation of statistical these objects on the basis of the made base of the cities and countries; automatic expansion of base of the cities and countries at addition of bigger number of objects; possibility of a filtration of objects about the country or to the city.

Instructors face different problems making online courses from face-to-face courses. One of the problems is availability of special assignments. These assignments are difficult to assess and implement in online mode. Researchers use different not so accurate and clear terminology denoting this class of problems. A terminology of these assignments is defined and their classification is given in the paper. Also the existing techniques for organizing and scoring these works are observed. Several types of assignments which can’t be scored automatically are defined. A technique and tool for automated scoring these works were developed. The technique and the tool were used during the blended performance of term papers on the subject «Design of automated system of data processing and control» of five-course students majoring in Automated system of data processing and control in Ufa state aviation technical university in autumn term in 2013. This helped us accelerate the scoring process greatly.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a methodology of automation of production processes for which performance is a factor of efficiency. Solves the problem of developing a method of synthesis of high-speed automated control implemented with technological limitations. Parallel to solve the problem of ensuring asymptotic stability of systems controlled by these laws, which provides the reliability of the implementation technological process. The problem is complicated, so problems are solved for the simplest objects of the first order. The essence of the approach consists in the organization of such effect on the behavior of the derivative of the output variable of the object, which provides fast-acting, but asymptotically stable transition process of its change. This property formed a special non-linear function, leading to rapid change in a variable away from equilibrium, and the asymptotic approximation to the equilibrium point. The structure of the function, forming a mathematical model of the control system of the first order. Function parametrically depends on two factors that gives it the desired properties. It introduced the option of limiting the derivative of the output variable, and the parameter the degree of quasioptimality her performance. The control action generated by the function that meets the properties close to optimal performance, the limitations of the derivative and asymptoticity attenuation of transient processes of the controlled system. Asymptotic stability is a basic requirement of robustness of a dynamical system. The obtained results are important for practical problems of automation of technological processes of most industries. For a number of objects the performance is the performance, stability and robustness - a crucial factor in the reliability of the automatic control system. Robustness necessary process control systems, technology management, especially chemical processes taking place in the critical catalytic modes, as well as technological lines for the production of films, paper tapes, etc., in which even temporary disruption of synchrony leads to significant and irreversible losses. Obtained results have theoretical significance, and practical application that makes the publication relevant.

in work the problem of approach of the theoretical knowledge which is trained to practical skills and abilities by modernization and equipment of educational laboratories in HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION is considered. The main approaches for the solution of an objective are allocated. Their merits and demerits are analysed. On the basis of the done analysis the option of providing educational laboratory with the computer exercise machine emulator is offered. The exercise machine emulator of the educational COMPUTER is developed and realized. The structure of devices and the principles of functioning of the developed emulator corresponds to structure of the main devices and the principle of program control of functioning of real COMPUTERS. The emulator possesses the developed system of indication of a condition of elements and knots, the small speed of work that in general increases presentation of its work and efficiency of use in educational process. The memory size and system of teams allows to realize the elementary programs illustrating the main receptions of technology of programming on the emulator.

This paper proposes a new approach to railway vehicles localization based on image processing method consists in the recognition of the railway car coupler on the graphical images obtained by cameras of versatile automatic recognition system for railway cars’ numbers (versatile ARS-RCN system). A model based on the recognition of the coupling of the real-valued negative selection algorithm with variable-sized detectors was developed. Computational experiments that showed the effectiveness of developed model in comparison with the classical support vector machine on real data collected on one the versatile ARS-RCN system object were performed. The effectiveness of the proposed approach in the duplicated mode (using two cameras) and in combination with the basic method of localization of mobile units on the basis of inductive sensors passing wheels was showed.

In the article describes the program realization of calculation unit pneumatic measuring system. The program is implemented in the languages of IEC: CFC and ST. Algorithm written with the possibility of future use in systems that differ from described in the article. The developed algorithm allows to measure temperature directly using computing power PLC and get the result in the final form, without any changes on the part of the operator.

In work the scheme of regulation of a dynamic level of a liquid which can be used in systems of oil extracting with the purpose of increase of efficiency of their work is offered. The scheme of a regulator of the level consisting of proportional and integrated discrete elements that has allowed to reduce a static mistake is described and on the basis of to raise efficiency of regulation of a dynamic level. Modelling process of work of the offered scheme of regulation is lead, results are analysed and recommendations on parameters of a regulator are developed. Procedure of use of the offered scheme also for the control of a degree not fillings the pump is described.
