The article shows that when solving the problem of optimization of the project of construction works it is necessary to take into account the factors of energy and resource saving. The process of designing open-cast mining, in particular a quarry, is justification of technical solutions, economic efficiency, environmental and industrial safety of the construction of a new or reconstruction of the old quarry, identification of its key parameters characterizing the quarry as an industrial facility. The article raises the question of providing the enterprises of the oil and gas industry with construction materials, and, in particular, the project side of the main stages is being studied. So, in the article the features of engineering surveys, geological exploration and design works are studied in detail. The section ""Surveys"" describes the composition of the full complex of engineering surveys, the necessary grounds for their performing, as well as the requirements for their implementation. In the ""Design"" section, the composition of project documentation for the quarry development is studied in detail. The strategic tasks, which are solved by the project of common mineral resources deposits open development, are presented. The article reveals the main design (technical) solutions that should be adopted at various stages of the project documentation development. Special attention is paid to the disturbed lands reclamation section. The project stages are also described. In the section ""Obtaining the right to use a subsoil plot for the purpose of commonly used minerals mining "", the process of licensing of quarries and possible schemes for registration of rights is described. The conclusion is made about the need for further development and modernization of normative acts regulating relations for the preparation of project documentation.

The oil and gas industry is life-supporting for almost all branches of the national economy and forms the basis of the country's economy, while forming the volume of construction production, depending on the amount of oil and gas produced and consumed. Construction in the oil and gas industry has a specific nature, and the arrangement of oil and gas fields differs from industrial construction by a number of features.The main features can be considered: significant volumes of construction and its duration, the scattered nature of oil and gas field facilities on a large territory of the country's regions, linking oil production facilities to oil and gas fields and settlements, and high energy costs for oil and gas fields. Generalized in this study, the organization of construction of oil and gas facilities are aimed at identifying opportunities to use rational and efficient methods of conducting work, increasing the pace of organization of construction of oil and gas facilities in extreme conditions and improving their technical and economic indicators.

The use of the concept of "potential" in the performance of research in construction, as a rule, does not imply its quantitative assessment. The purpose of this work is to offer a quantitative assessment for the indicator "internal potential of the construction process". The use of statistical and abstract-logical methods of research allowed to develop a system of quantitative evaluation for the indicator "internal potential of construction technology". Practical application the value of this indicator in relation to a single technological process in construction can be used to calculate the speed (or duration) of construction, as well as prospects for development under the influence of scientific and technological progress.

The paper reports that there currently exist various technologies and methods for achieving energy efficiency of reconstructed buildings and facilities. The article presents an option hardwood building block manufactured from short-length sticks of lumber (slats). The wooden building block executed from the cut dried up, equal-caliber on length, width and thickness of boards on which width relief notches are executed. The block is assembled from a set of packages composed of vertically arranged boards of the same length, perceiving vertical loads. The boards are connected by a in the longitudinal direction of the lateral planes. Packages are connected to each other to form grooves and spikes along the length and at the ends of the block due to the longitudinal and transverse displacement of the packages relative to each other. Connection of packages between themselves is carried out by means of glue and/or other fasteners. Holes for fasteners are drilled in the connecting parts at a predetermined distance from each other in accordance with the diameter of these elements. This version of the construction block is obtained with high vertical load-bearing characteristics, withstanding increased horizontal loads in the longitudinal and transverse planes, allowing you to quickly and accurately set it in place in the longitudinal and transverse planes without the use of additional tools and devices, such as level, plumb, chipping cord, etc.One of the main advantages is the ability to manufacture blocks of lumber waste, which significantly reduces the cost of its manufacture.
