The article presents the analysis results for aerated concrete production in the Tyumen region, are considered the distinctive advantages of aerated concrete, as well as significant drawbacks. The basic effects of water absorption of aerated concrete. Describes the process of saturation with moisture of aerated concrete in the construction of buildings, as well as the formation of cracks in the walls in the operation of buildings and constructions, which used the aerated concrete as wall cladding designs. The inverse problem of non-uniform distribution of resources formulated as follows. It is necessary to choose the amount of funds the option to specify distribution of units served by the product and to offer such means of their actions to a given level of performance means performing the task was achieved with the minimum of expense. The most common methods for solving inverse problems, various modifications of the method of random search, dynamic programming method. However, the use of these methods in some cases, particularly for large-scale problems, is not effective. In this paper we propose a mechanism of group ranking of contractors in the implementation of the construction project with the individual preferences, both in quantitative and qualitative indicators of their past performance, which allows you to create a rational organizational structure. In the course of the construction project developers have the difficult task of determining the priority of the contractors with which to work at different stages of schedule. Such a decision is always accompanied by the risk of selecting an unscrupulous contractor, defined as the probability of a certain level of losses. To reduce the risk of a similar class in the management decision-making process is used to describe the area of feasible solutions using the technologies of system analysis. The results allow to make an informed group ranking of contractors in the performance of the construction project, not only in quantity but also in quality of their work, which significantly improves the quality of decision-making leadership development companies.

The article examines the impact of particulate reinforcement modified basalt microfiber (MBM) on the strength properties of cement mortars. Unlike conventional particulate reinforcement fibers reinforcement solutions modified microfibers based on the assumption that the introduction of such mortar mixture nanomodified dispersion-reinforcing fillers leads to an increase in the composition of the cement stone elongated structures extending for hundreds of micrometers, which leads to a corresponding hardening solutions based on these nanoadditives. Thus, there is a dynamic dispersed reinforcement cement stone. As the nano-additive authors used a modified basalt microfibre (MBM). The effect of MBM on the strength properties and mobility of mortars of various compositions with equal water-cement ratio: control (without additives and MBM) with MBM, with the addition of superplasticizer and with the addition of superplasticizer and MBM. Also, studies were conducted on a cement-sand mortar of normal consistency with the addition of MBM and superplasticizer. As a result of entering into the mass of the modified artificial stone microfiber obtained with improved strength properties (flexural strength and compressive strength), indicating the feasibility of introducing such microfibers in mortar mixes. However, significantly reduced mobility mixtures which requires the introduction of the plasticizer.

A multinational documentary standard that regulating indices and classification procedure of road tunnels has been developed. For the purpose of the most effective construction of classified subjects in transport infrastructure there are number of problems which based on creating a link between road tunnels technical characteristics by cut diameter, mining-geological condition and mining machines structure. This article covers solutions which are necessary for science based approach to better engineering solution for heading machines in road tunneling. One of these solutions is the development and a practical implementation of modular configuration methodology. A main idea of the solution is based on using complete assembly units which are being serially produced by a production plant. A modular configuration of loading machines and overloaders are based on hydroficated units of tunneling machines reviewed in this article. During listed solutions development the usage experience of the best reliability equipment in tunneling industry has been taken into account. Creation of next technical level machines with unified modular assembly units will allow to raise their performance rating, compatibility also it suppose to short assembly units list, prime cost decrease and also lower the number of warranty service spare parts.

This article describes a way of reducing dust emissions of pollutions exhausted in the atmosphere in the manufacture of cement applying high effective wet dust cleaners with a combined scheme of separation of dust from the gas flow within systems cutting dusting aspiration. It was observed a short description of main technological processes, devices and related major sources of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the atmosphere in the cement manufacture in this article. It was described an industrial survey of a representative sample of aspiration systems and of cement’s enterprises using dust precipitators within those system. There concern the main results of the dispersed analysis of variance dimension’s particle of cement dust stemming and exhausting from the kilns in this article. There is describe a new wet dust cleaner cutting emissions of dust pollution aspiration schemes from kiln cement oven into atmosphere. It was fulfill experimental research to get evaluation of the leakage’s degree of dust particles mean as outlet exhaust’s coefficient for the elaborated wet dust cleaner. It was obtain treatment dependence of the outlet exhaust’s coefficient in the regression’s dependence as function of several parameters within research work field for this wet dust precipitator parameters. The tests showed that developed wet scrubbing dust collector reduced significantly cement dust emissions exhausting in the atmosphere and high degree of reliability one’s.

In this article shows the known constructions of gravitational continuous devices for mixing of bulk materials and the conditional classification of these devices. There is the problem of obtaining mixtures in cases when the volume-weighted amount of one component of the mixture is significantly greater than the second (with the ratio of their mass fractions of 1:10, and more). Typically, in the production for mixtures with a ratio 1:10 are used mixers centrifugal type, which operate in a periodic mode. The problem could be successfully solved using gravitational devices that operate in a continuous mode. The classification represented according to the design of mixers.
